What is the size of LED strip?
Generally,Our strips is 5M/REEL, the width is 5MM,8MM,10MM and 12MM.
Can your led bulb or led candle lamp work with 12V?
Yes, at present,we have SMD led bulb and SMD led candle lamp which can work with DC/AC12V. for more details,pls contact us by sales@senoled.com.
It depends. If the power is 1-3W, then a driver can control more lights. but if the power is >4W for example 18w led downlights,It must work with only one driver. For the working mode of exterior driver and downlights, we have 2 solutions:
A. A driver can work with 1PCS downlight.
B. A driver can work with more downlights. for example,for 1W downlights, you can use a driver to drive 6-8pcs 1W downlights.This way will get your purchase cost down. But if the installation is not allowed, you must use only one driver.

Can led downlights work with AC110/220V directly?
Yes,our led downlights are designed to work with AC100-240V directly. It will need an exterior driver.It is quite convenient to connect and install.
"If tube is broken, can we touch led tube light directly? It wont hurt us?"
It depends; if the power supply is non-isolated,once the tube is broken, it is not allowed user to touch the led tube light before switching off power. If the power supply is isolated one, it is safe to touch led tube light.
However,Generally, Just in case,we advise user to install and repair after switching off power .
"Can the led tube light replace all types of traditional tube light including E-type fluorescent tube,Inductor-type fluorescent tube and energy-saving tube?"
Generally speaking, led tube light can replace inductor-type fluorescent directly, it is necessary to take starter away. You don't have to take electric ballast down.
But when you replace E-type fluorescent tube and energy-saving tube, it is not convenient to install led tube light. Firstly, you need to take starter and electric ballast down. And you MUST have professional technician to connect the circuit, it is not allowed that user install without any technical staff¡¯s instruction.
"Can I have own package design?"
Yes, you can. Our price just includes the common package. If you want special package, price will be a bit different. We will double check after evaluating as per the drawing and design of package.
"Are your led bulbs available in red,green,blue,yellow,RGB color?"
Yes. We can offer you white,warm white,color white,red,green,blue,yellow and RGB colors."Do your led products get CE and RoHS approved?"
Yes.Most of our led products get CE and RoHS approval. That is why our led products have already been delivered to many countries such as Italy,Germany,UK,USA,Turkey,Aruba etc.
"I am very interested in led downlight with MR16,GU10 base, do you have this?"
Yes, we have the led downlight with MR16,GU10,E27,E14,E17 etc. the power is 1*1W,1*3W,3*1W. The power supply is internal supply. You just plug led downlight into the socket.We also have 3*3W led downlight. The power supply is external supply.
"what rate of brightness decay in your led?"
Generally speaking, the brightness decay is <5% within 1000Hours by 20mA current testing.
"Does your led downlight work with dimmer?"
Yes, All of our led bulbs can work with dimmer and remote control. Whatever single color or RGB color, we can control it with dimmer and remote controller.
"Does your led tube light work with ballast or starter?"
No, led tube light can work without any ballast or starter. It can connect electricity directly.Before install led tube light, please take starter away.
"15W led tube light can replace 40-50W fluorescent tube?"
Yes, a 7-8W led tube light can replace 20W fluorescent tube.
"3W led bulb can replace 25-30W halogan lamps?"
Yes,generally 3W led bulb can replace 25-30W halogan lamps.if using good highpower led, it can replace 40W haloganlamps. 5W and 7W led bulbs or spots can replace 50W-80W halogenlamps.
"Do you have RGB led bulbs or lightings?"
Yes, we do. We have 2 types:
One is to Automatically change the RGB color.Another is Matching remote control to change the RGB color.The latter is a bit expensive than the former.
"We are interested in dimmable led lights, MR16, GU10, E27. and is it available in your products?"
Yes, we can offer dimmable led lights. The base includes MR16,GU10,E27,E17,E14,B22 etc. these bulbs are all highpower led bulbs. Dimmer can connect with these bulbs to control the brightness. One dimmer can control 1-12PCS 1W/3W led bulbs.
"Can MR16 led bulbs work with 110V/220V directly?"
1.No,MR16 bulbs or spots work under 12V voltage, if you want them to work with 110V/220V, you have to use a transformer. Generally, MR16 haloganlamp is always with a transformer working. So you can replace the haloganlamps into LED MR16 bulb directly.
2.Yes,GU10 led bulbs can work with 110V/220V directly. You don't need any transformer to help.
