How / Where Do I Receive My Shipments From Seno?
1.For bulb order, Seno can send to you by sea, we will inform you the dispatching date and the date arriving to your port. Once the goods are arrived in you port, our forwarder will inform you by telephone or fax to clearn custom. However, the process of clearning custom depends on different country, some country have less process and can release your goods in the fast time,generally It will take 1-2 days to finish. Please consult your forwarder. As a importer, you will be responsible to pay tax, please inquiry more about tax before clearing custom

2.(whatever big order or small order)The standard delivery method from Seno is by courier such as DHL. They will deliver to your doorstep. You need to be present for the delivery and sign for the packages. Please inspect the goods are intact beore signing.

• Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered., please inspect the goods before signing.
• It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. If you are drop-shipping, this means your customer's phone number. Then we can send to your customer sucessfully.
• If there is any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country.
• If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.
